Default Honda CD changer

Have finally swapped my honda HU for a decent Alpine one - woohoo! Big improvement!

Anyhow, thinking of sticking the CD changer (and HU maybe? dunno) on ebay, but after reading some threads on here it seems the cable from HU to changer is a must to go with the changer.
Does anyone know what route this takes through the car - should make it easier to remove if I know where to look first!

I fitted one to my car, and the suggested route for the cable was via the passengerside centre console, by removing the clips that hold the side on, and popping the cable up. It then runs through the inside of the car into the boot via the access panel behind the seat. It was a doddle to fit, and should be easy to remove too... I dont know if there would be a different route to take to the back of the car though? There is a website with loads of pictures suggesting how to fit a changer, but cant remember wot it is.. Good luck!

I would keep the HU to replace your Alpine when you sell the car. I paid

BTW - if you plan to install a CD changer to match your new HU, might I suggest mounting it under the passenger seat - way way better than mounting in the boot in terms of space saving, accessibility, etc.

But if I fit anything else it'll be the ipod adaptor. Just means running a cable to the glove box thingy instead.

Not the Alpine MP3 changer ? I have this along with the MP3 HU - 7 x MP3 CDs = 50 hours+

NOTE I've just recently updated from the 20th century stock HU to the 21st century MP3 kit - hence the excitement
