It's probably where i'm going on Saturday, and I don't wish to publish their name until they've worked on the car! I've phoned up 4 times asking to confirm a quote on a 99k service if I bring my own oil and with S2KUK membership. Very pleased to say a week in i'm nearly at a quote.

Lovegroova, you're right, it was a receiptionist's question - which is why I'm still prepared to go there. I'm assuming she doesn't do the oil change. I'm used to dingy garages with car parts all over the floor and a bamboozling amount of knowledge, rather than shiny-floored dealerships with fit receiptionists and zero knowledge. I'll let you know how it goes.

It's probably a little unfair to label this as a slight against all Honda dealers

Blue Monster, Two Mills missed a suspension spacer in my car for two consecutive services before I owned it

Many years ago I called up customer services at Honda UK to ask about disabling the passenger air bag so that I could use a child seat. I was asked why I couldn't put the kids in the back seats .....

This sounds like the folk I dealt with at C.S., chocolate and fireguard come to mind.
I know some receptionists who merely follow the written questionnaire to tick the boxes on the screen, I'd blame the person who set the program, not the hotty at the desk(hoping it is a she and hot).
