That's got to be one hum dinger of a bulb in there.

yes they're very bright lights. It's very strange that on most cars there are even 2 foglights. Most people remove the bulb from 1 of them, because they're so bright you cannot see the difference between them and the brakelights. VERY dangerous espcially when you heading into a trafficjam in fog. Big accidents happen, see comment by Cedric.

F1 Cars use same principle for wet driving conditions - so that they may have some chance of seeing a car through all the spray......the main problem on the road is that they just get left on by mistake after the fog has gone - because the switch is often an afterthought like on the S2K and people just don't realise they are still switched on - the switch it should be a big obvious one like the hazard warning with a repeater sign in the dash - failing that, a boxing glove to hit you on the head

1Y2KS2K:

For your info. I had a look at my fusebox this morning, and the fog light is protected by a 75amp fuse! As far as I can see there is nothing else on the same circuit

All his posts are as good as that one, but it takes a crazy guy to put black rims on our beloved S2000 anyway (at least according to his avatar).

I'll try to get some for you, Ronald. Any special type? How many bottles?

Hi 1Y2KS2K,

thanks for the offer! I didn't know there were different kind of plexusses (plexi?). I also don't know how big these cans are. How do you intend to get them to the Netherlands? Could be costly. Another dutch member who is in the states at this moment also tries to take some with him, he'll get here in october.
