How easy is it to install a rear foglight?

Actually most foglights use 21W bulbs, like the brakelights. During the 80's Ford cleverly swapped the wires between the brakelights (21W as well)and the foglights on the Sierra (Merkur XR4Ti over there), so the brakes were more noticeable. The normal rear lights just looked brighter during fog. Unfortunately, the cars were such shit, most of the rear lights come on together if you brake and indicate at the same time anyway!
