Default How long can OEM clutch last if taken to trackday?

Hi guys, as my clutch feels like on its way out, I want to replace it togather with

a lighter flywheel, it's MY00 and has that Clutch bazz on deceleration, I'm

interested to get an exedy oem replacement clutch, but was told it will only last

few trackdays??? Is it really the case??? I do about 10 - 12 trackdays

each year. Also, i have been searching the solution for the clutch bazz and

seems like there is no clear answer for it???

I may also consider the carbonetic single plate as it will last very long but not

sure it will still have the clutch bazz? Anyone got any experience with it?

Any help or advice would be much apprieciated!

"Cluttch buzz" is caused by the springs in the friction place not being strong enough and allowing the plate to vibrate.

Best bet is get a honda one, for your usage it will be fine and there is only about

OEM one will last for a long time.

I think there are several people on here who have done 20 plus trackdays and a lot of road miles on a standard clutch.

The S is light and doesn't have huge torque, so the clutch doesn't get too hard a life.

MB is right, trackday work won't really hurt the clutch at all, 1/4 mile drag racing will, though.

My friend is sugguesting me to get the carbonetic single disk clutch as it can handle the extra heat better on trackdays, anyone know whether it will fix the buzz?
