From memory, it's the same as the other screw in the picture (the one you can remove) - the one down and to the right.

This is the Genuine Honda part from B-3930 - ROLL BAR GARNISH (-'05)
93913-14480 (PFKL1020814) - SCREW, TAPPING, 4X16 (PO)
