Well, all these state payments to encourage baby-making factories encourages the loser-mentality.

So Envyscratchers could plausibly be on the increase.

Luckily I've not incurred any parking damage since I got my new motor but I often wonder if I saw someone damage my car, should I:

- Have a rant, knowing at the back of my mind they don't give a toss.
or
- Wait until they walk off, completely unaware i'm about to key the work C*NT into their paintwork.
