Default Im in love.

I have at last got my car back some of you know that it was hit back in february of this year and i had opted it to go to a local bodyshop that i had used before without a problem, this time i had major trouble with the paint chipping from anything, flys mostly.

It was found to be a paint problem so after having loads of hassle to get things all sorted the paint company Du pont paid out for it to be resprayed by whoever i wanted, i chose honda in cambridge, they have doen a cracking job had the car for just over three weeks and have not missed a thing been very hard for them as a problem with the paint meant that it all had to come off to bare metal and start over.

Anwyay, over the past week i have been getting fed up, no car and only a big white van to drive around in has got me down but today i had a blast once i got out of the cambridge traffic and i am grinning all over again.

I have missed the car so much the noise th efun the looks everything it has really cheered me up.

so glad i am not working tomorrow afternoon.

Good news!

If it's any consolation, I know a guy who bought a Boxster S 2nd hand from HR Owen in Hatfield.

The warranty just about ran out, his front bumper has gone scabby.

I reckoned they've had it done by one of these cosmetic guys, or else there is a similar paint reaction problem (we had it with the Civic, but the sprayer agreed with us, no probs).

The upshot is, guy has had a right run-around with HRO/Porsche, who've accused him of track-daying the car, which must've caused it, & run him right round. He's had to pay for an independent report, to say it's not two-pack on the nose cone & now they've agreed to put it right!

That's another 'prestige' brand I've now filed under 'too arrogant!'
