Thanks again for all your kind welcomes. Does any body know where the nearest regular S meet location is?

Oh and any Idea's where I can test the limits of S's handling without putting her in a hedge?

Get yourself to center gravity if the car hasn't been there already to sort out the suspension.

And congrats on buying a cracking little motor!!

If you're a passenger in the S after a few alcoholic drinks, you'll probably lose control and throw up into a hedge!

do the woodhead from penistone then come back up the greenfield road to holmfirth you should enjoy that if you can get a dry run, a bit hairy if its wet and you push too hard.

Hmmm may give woodhead a miss, getting a bit slippy this time of year, and Ive seen too many cars upside down along there, but I'll defo give it a go If we get a hot dry day.

I was considering finding a deserted industrial estate, and testing some of their rounabouts

if you don't mind driving daan sarf get yourself booked in on the 1st Lotus training day, I promise you you won't get a better days training on how to handle a rear wheel drive car
It was like having a new car after the training day
