Oil filter was not cheap with washer £14!
I said to the parts Guy, who they kept in the back and had to find him, very posh business for parts, sit down in the reception and wait, obviously don't expect any one to actually buy Honda parts themselves! I said Inchcape were not highly recommended on here, but he did say although they wernt signed up for S2KUK discounts they would give them if asked.

They WON'T be missed, once tryed to charge me for windscreen washer fluid that I topped that very morning, also had a habit of bunging a liter bottle of oil in the boot and charging £20 for it, resulting in me telling them what exactly they could lubricate with it!
P.S. Chippo where is Romoford?

Called in there last yr and according to the parts guy (and yes you did have to sit at a desk and wait for him to appear, but it's the same at Lexus & Audi dealers - they've all got to justify their silly prices) they didn't recognise S2K and wouldn't offer any discount. Happily said goodbye.
As of course they're now owned by someone else I'd be interested in mbrs experiences as I'm looking to carry out a 27K service in april.
Not sure about the Glyn Hopkins network (although I'm happy to wait and see), I thought they operated at the cheaper end of the market (Honda's a step up for them) .

They have loverly plate glass show room, with nice plate glass office's and sliding plate glass doors.
The dealer my car from in Harlow all those years ago was shunned by some on here for having a slightly tatty looking building, old, but they gave me a discount when other's in the south east just laughed when I asked for one, so really there's no wining is there.

Just had 2 year service at Brayley Honda Hatfield. Great attitude from all I met including spares and reception. Master mechanic Ross Hallet took the time to have a chat when all was done.10% S2KUK discount and an extra £10 off for not washing the car. All done in 1 1/2 hours. Paid for my membership.
