Just curious, if you have either window in the down position and pull back the soft plastic outer strip, inside there is what seems to be another strip that prevents dirt/gunk getting all the way down? mine has perished in the middle which I noticed as rain drops were smearing on the glass when going down instead of looking the same as when they landed, is this strip part of the upper outer strip or a separate part?
