I noticed yesterday that although everything else on my MY02 panel is working OK the numbers on the rev display no longer illuminate. Is this a failed bulb or bulbs, or something more exotic? I tried the workshop manual but either I didn't read it thoroughly enough or that point isn't covered..

series of small led bulbs. You can change colours if you so wish. Easy enough to remove.

It would be odd if all the bulbs blew at the same time, possibly a wiring fault or broken track on the pcb.

Yup - contact cleaner (& a soldering iron) may be the answer.
