A beautiful S2000. I have adopted it from Japan, and it will be delivered at the end of October. My wife said she did'nt want a baby but I managed to convince her that it was a good Idea.
She has finally accepted that ,although expensive it will enrich our lives and give us years of pleasure and make us proud.
However our first teething problems are upon us, INSURANCE.
,why so expensive? My boss has a new Evo 6 import and insures It for

Welcome to the board. Assuming no nasty points on your licence, you should be able to get it

Try Adrian Flux, sorry can't give you a number. They will insure anything but aren't particularly cheap! Have you tried Direct Line?
I think they insure imports. You can get a quote on line!

I'm with Bell Direct on 0800 140 180. (Quote Car Magazine, in case it helps!)

Mind you, my insurance is due for renewal in a month or so, so I might be asking you for a recommendation.

Nick,
Would be interested to hear your comments on the S2000 against the MGF.

If you can limit your mileage to 8000 miles and have the car garaged overnight. I'm paying exactly 1000 pounds through Swintons.(31, 9 years ncb)

Welcome to the board, you have made a good choice.
