Thanks for all the comments. Unfortunately since my last post I've not been online - we were severely hit by the floods you may have seen on the national news. Whilst the S2000 was saved (moved to safer land in good time) the property was not so... mobile. So if I sell in the short term it will be for re-prioritised reasons! The 993 dream will be put on hold. For now...

Sorry to hear that ch3tman, I wasn't hit personally with flooding this year, but my town was so I have an idea how destructive it can be. Hope you get your home sorted and back to normal soon!
