To all those concerned whether to get a Decat or not, it's the best decision I made to get one fitted (J's Racing)
The Q300 is a different animal with a decat on when you want it to be, the volume is a lot more controllable and at motorway / cruising speeds there is no sign of any drone, again.
So IMO, I'd get a decat or a sports cat fitted at least
Its a easy thing to fit/change should you not like it anyway

IMO, something more affordable like Blueflame exhaust produces very similar sound to Q300. I actually lost some mid range power after swapping to J's Racing exhaust manifold, Berk HFC and Amuse R1 Dual + Flashpro tune compared to OEM exhaust manifold, cat and Blueflame exhaust without tune. It could be because of the larger runners of J's header. However, I prefer the sound of my new setup.

Ripper be aware, the CEL fix is rubbish, you will also need an lambda spacer, think 50mm sorted it for me.
Rjkoneill (ocuk?) - think it was £70 for me. Item was taken to parcel force and held hostage until I paid.
