UK Exhaust manifold fitting..
I have just bagged myself a J's Racing header/exhaust manifold.
I have been googling/youtubing fitting but I can only really find US guides that say removal and re-fitment are easiest from below, however they do not have the Steering rack or Brake lines to contend with.
Are there any guides or hints/tips/best practices to fitting my new J's manifold ?
Cheers !

At a guess, remove d/s engine mount and jack that side of the engine up to clear manifold studs, and remove from above

I've removed and installed my Toda header a couple of times and it's a major pain to get it in there even without a steering rack (LHD).
From above is not possible, need to jack it up really high to be able to slide it up from underneath.
I think J's might be a bit easier to install though, maybe

Fitted this today wasnt half as bad as I first thought. It definately comes out from the bottom even on UK cars...
THe OEM manifold came out pretty easily but I found that the J's manifold wouldnt fit back in unless I removed the heatshield from behind the cat and downpipe. After this it was pretty straightforward.
