She is going to bend you over like she has been bent over and over again by plenty of members of the male population!

Hopefully she doesn't though and is decent.

When you draw the pictures ot the incedent, they will tie up with the damage to the cars, what can she say, that you drove sideways into her when she was parked? and an insurance company would take a very dim view it if you say no witnesses, and she finds a handful who live next door/work with/are relatives of etc. and they will find out, because if that happens you contact the police, the police contact her about falsification of evidance at the scene of a RTA and that is a criminal offence.

That's what I was wondering... Don't really want my insurance company to find out as they will tend to raise the policy next year even though it was a non fault claim...

Which is why all accidents must be reported to the insurance company under the terms of the contract.

Well, got a call from the 3rd party insurers today they advised they are accepting full liability and asked where I would like to have my car repaired Agreed to have work done at local Honda dealership (benfield, stockton) where I got a quote yesterday of £470 for the repair. Hopefully they'll do a good job and I should have all the work competed within the week

As far as insurance claims go this has been far the easiest and smoothest of all. Fair play to the woman who bumped me aswell, she could have been awkward And tried to contest it but she explained it as it happened and all is well...

She was genuinely gutted to have bumped my car. Not to many honest/decent people around these days so its been a refreshing change

Good on her, when it's all sorted send her some flowers to show no hard feelings.

I am 99% sure that Sainsburys will have the whole car park covered with CCTV, so just ask them.

Sadly the golf club where I got shunted did not, so I am left to foot the bill as the scroats left without a note while i was merrily making my best mans speech at the wedding i was attending.

bad times.
