No, it would have been more than that on a yank dyno, stockers get 200WHP.

God i know!, i posted a thread on the yank forum wish i didnt bother.

The car makes 190 @ the wheel stock, so how can some of the yanks get 200!

I have another figure here too:

152.1 lb-ft @ 7200 rpm @ flywheel is what an S shoul do.

The guy who ran a S engine on his kit car was using a Hydra Nemesis IIRC. He posted on here about it.

There are many aftermarket, and all require a lot of RR time to setup from fresh.

AEM, Motec, GEMS (similar to AEM) Hydra, HKS FCon etc etc...

IIRC most of the other ECU's are not plug and play - unlike the AEM. So a cheaper ecu can cost more once correctly fitted with the right wiring harness and sensors.

MOTEC / AEM & Hydra do a connector for the S.

Not sure any others do.
