I did the same thing 8 hours after i bought mine and never recovered it and gave it quite a bash, consider yourself lucky!

I'd say its a steep learning curve driving the S, especially if you are comming from a FWD car.

Still you will start to learn what you can and cant get away with over time

 

 

Did you damage it .... No, then learn and feel lucky - a near miss is frightening until you realise how much it would have cost if you had hit something ..... relax now but learn from it

I consider myself very lucky! I've had a few moments in the S so far but nothing anywhere near this. Top end of 3rd gear thats pretty quick and I dred to think what would of happened if I hit anything..................bye bye S2 I think
