Ah Mr BlueCar!
Will that have been you in the garage at Tesco's tonight dutifully checking the oil level in your new S2000 then?
Seems unlikely with an age of 187 days but could have been.
Or are there now three blue in bristol

Have any of you guys had alloys replaced under warranty from Arriva Honda, Bristol? My rears are flaking already and judging by the threads, this is a common problem.

Also any suggestions on local tyre dealers would be useful.

Cheers

G

Glen,

Apologies for delay. Holiday.

No to alloy replacements.

I would recommend Patchway Tyres though I've used them for couple of years for Nissan200, Integra and now S2000.

Boss is called Mike and his prices are about as close to best trade price I can get through a contact and when balanced against 100 mile round trip works out as easier option.

I live near Timsbury which is Bath way but spend most of my time Bristol way. I very rarely see other S2Ks. I see an older gentleman in Hanham in a grey one sometimes and a bloke with a modded blue one driving through Keynsham alot. Would attend Bristol meets but doesn't seem to be many.

Parked next to a Black Y-reg S2000 today at lunchtime at the Sainsbury's in Winterstoke Road, Bristol (near the City Ground).

Left a note on the windscreen - hope they got it!

Just how many S2000's are there? I've seen quite a few and don't know if they're board members or not...

Alex.
I'm born and grew up in Bristol, but I now reside in Thatcham. Parents still live there, so I do go back now and again. Only ever seen one S2 on the Kings Weston Road, where we both had the top down and both waved hysterically at each other.

The Sainsbury's on the Winterstoke Road is my parents local, they live in Long Ashton.

I'm sure there use to be someone who organises the Bristol meets, but I don't think they've done one for a while.

Edit: only realised that this is a very old thread.
