I fitted mine start to finish in less than two hours with my limited knowledge but the instructions are really good, I cut wedges from the insulating strip to make it easier to do a couple of the corners and yes the last two bolts were a bit fiddly. Sounds awesome though and worth the effort! :burnrbr:

Kawasaki, did you just cut it from the obvious bitch of a twisty corner or did you do it for the back right and bottom left too? Were they just triangular notches?

Right just fitted it, Sounds awesome just by revving! cannot wait to take it for a spin after work. Fitted in just over an hour, insulation part and box bolts were a bit fiddly but ok. I advise anyone to get it and i haven't even driven it yet! Its an easy install so don't be put off!

Jim, I did it in two places there is a 90 degree bend and a piece where the heatshield changes angle completely and yes just simple triangular notches with a pair of cutters nothing technical.... If pictures will help I can PM you them tomorrow.

Thanks Kawasaki - I did this myself using the kitchen scissors

Doesn't look to bad at all and all seems to be fitted very well.

Thanks - just the rest of it to do tomorrow!
