Question KIA Sportage Final Drive 4.77 for f20c ap2

Hi,
I am going to be buying the Kia Sportage final drive 4.77 for my 2004 S2000, I have a few question regarding the installation/Break In and General more Info.
Firstly, I live in Ireland and when I have called up Kia dealership I was priced 500 euro for this part no: 0K01427110, which I have found a bit expensive. Does anyone know where to get it cheaper in Europe?
With regards to the installation process, Is this final drive plug and play? Do I need special Tools? Is a Diff mechanic necessary? and if yes does anyone know someone In Ireland that would do this job professionally ?
Lastly, Has anyone who is running the Kia final drive have any kind of problems?
Thank You.

New crown wheel and pinions need very careful setting up. This is not normally a diy job. There is a back lash and meshing to think about. Sorry can't recommend anybody. Best left to an expert.

I've keep looking at this. Cheapest I could find was from the US - https://hardtopguy.com/store/538.html

Couldn't get an answer from them as to what was included in the "Install Parts" options

Really think this mod would complete the S2000!

Let me know how you get on.

Good to know. His adverts are always very vague, so never sure how genuine they are or how easy to deal with and get information on age, condition, spec etc.

A lad that does gearboxes might suffice to do that job, there's a few in Ireland. Dont know many who've done diffs though...
