Keep up the great work ! How did you find unbolting the diff brackets from the diff itself? Looks like a lot of galvanic corrosion between the two different metal types, i only ask because i want to drop my rear subframe next winter for the exact same treatment.

I haven't quite got to that part yet, I've been concentrating more on the body. I've got a snap on impact gun which can pretty much undo everything I throw at it. It would undo boxer van hub nuts when I used to work in a garage and they where silly tight!

Some great work. I'm also thinking about coming back to owning an S2000.

Keep going, it will be worth it.

So I got a little more work done this weekend. I've ran down most of the right hand side of the car, just started cleaning up the rear wheel arch area... managed to get the wind deflectors off which was a PAIN IN THE A**E. finally getting all the surface corrosion off felt good. Still a Longggg way to go though...

Long way to go yes.

Doing the job properly though, so imagine the sense of satisfaction. Well worth it. Great update.

Looks like you caught that just in time. Gutty job but it will be worth it.
