Any money you save buying a DBW one for the flashpro would be lost again on the tax mate. From 06 onwards the tax skyrocketed from around £270 to the high £400 region.

Are we talking about models that aren't drive by wire? I was looking at getting a drive by wire one to use flashpro which hopefully should reduce costs? Either way I wouldn't be looking to get loads of power out of it anyway. I like the power in my FN2 but would like just that little more which I think with an s2k I would be happy with.

I'm just moving away from the n.a. route and into forced induction now ..
Simple relatively cheap mods like :

Full system exhaust
Decat
Induction kit
Throttle body

Gave me about +40 - 50 bhp and cost me all together about 2k

Now I'm getting a supercharger which is gonna cost a lot
