Low speed metallic clonk over potholes

Open the boot, jump on the edge and jump/push up and down while carefully holding onto the boot. Thats how i narrowed mine down to the shock unfortunately i have the same issue now again with a different set of (second hand) shocks

Had similar when I got my S, front subframe had been replaced and one bolt was the wrong size if I hit a bump or hole it would rattle for a while.

My money would be broken drop link or headlight height adjuster sensor being broken on the rear suspension
