Just to say the parts are all boxed up ready for collection so I added a few extra sensors for you to try and a set of injectors too you will get them Tuesday thanks greg

Well it lives 
MASSIVE thanks to Greg for lending me all the parts. Swapped both cam sensors, the map, the coilpacks only to find it was actually the spark plugs!

Well if you recall from the top of the thread it was acting up prior to dying. I am not 100% it was the spark plugs only. It could still be one of the sensors and as i tried it after each sensor the plugs got flooded so it wasn't till i changed them that it worked again... Once my new plugs arrive i shall swap the bits back in reverse and see what we get.
