Missing Spigot Rings - help!
Hi,
I've just had event tyres come and give me a new set of falkens, and they've told me i'm missing spigot rings on both front wheels - my alloys are Kahn.
Where can I get replacements today? Halfords / wheels shops? Also, what am I asking for. Apparently the bore is 71.1 - which means literally zero to me. Is that correct and do I need any more info than that?
Cheers
Jamie

You should be able to pick them up from a good alloy wheel dealer..not sure about Halfrauds though. Halfords do sell alloy wheels so worth trying them too if you're really stuck for options.

You can measure your wheel centre bore which you have then s2000 centre bore which is different back to rear so you want a 71.1 to 70.1 at the front for example

Why bother? You dont need them.
They are only really there to aid you fitting the rim up.
I've ran over bored centres many times over the years and latterly on the S2000.
The wheelnuts hold everything central.
Don't sweat about it.

+1 i have had 3 sets of wheels on cars without spiggot rings,
just make sure when you put the wheel on you do all 4 nuts up fairly tight first to allign wheel then fully tighten using opposite nuts in a x pattrn.

Cheers all
I am still make a massive mess of this. Coz they are Kahn wheels I need the size for the wheel, and then I need the size for the car.
70.1 or 71.1 is one of these sizes, but christ knows what the other is. I spoke to Kahn twice yesterday who don't any, and couldn't really help with the sizes.
Their website says:
S2000 Front Car PCD: 5x114.3 C/ Bore:70.1mm
70.1 seems to be the front hub then. This is more difficult than I thought. Cheers for all the replies and fair-dos to those who are running without spigots. Having invested so much time i'm not giving up now.

Use a micrometer to determine the diameters.
Most reputable wheel manufacturers ought to supply the correct size if you give the external diameter of the car's spigot. As for Kahn...
You are correct that you should run with spigots; it's the way the wheels and the hubs are designed to be stressed; NOT HUNG OFF THE THIN WEBBING ROUND THE STUDS.
It's that people don't understand that, or using the correct wheelnut taper, or offset, or wheel mass, etc, that gives 'aftermarket' wheels & their owners such a dreadful reputation. Scares me shitless to think of it sometimes.
