MOT failed- Low beam too high

They should be able to adjust at the test station. It takes a minute to do with the right equipment.

But they didnt.......as the dealer want to charge labour for that...i dont know....i have 10 days to go back...otherwise i have to pay one more time

Ahhh.... just have a look of the MOT paper whcih described why I failed it....
It also said the left headlight is slightly far from the left...vertical distance......it there a measurement that I can follow in order to get it right?

What I've done in the past is drive the car up to a wall/garage door or similar, mark the centre of the headlight on said surface, reverse car back 16ft and turn on lights, the dip beams should be about 2" below the mark and slightly to the left, that'll get you in the ball park. Or go to a local spanner shop and ask grease monkey to do the job for you, offer a tenner say.?
