Combined or service first
But I'm dubious of Honda these days, on my receipts they have not followed Honda schedule so I am DIY from now on as per schedule. Today it's diff, trans (no sign this has ever been done which is annoying), oil, filter etc...

45 is competitive enough and you don't have to wait or faf about twice.
It's the 200 oil change that would annoy me more.
I just serviced mine, oil and filter, diff fluid, trans fluid, checks.. took about 3 hrs and cost less than 100

I know it is high. The car has been serviced at Honda all its life. Shame to stop it now really.

Mine was too and I tend to agree but when I went through my history the approach was pretty random (unless they didn't bill me for stuff) rather than following guidance
I do my SC one myself and decided to do the NA one from this year just because there was no evidence of coolant or MT fluid ever being touched
