Thanks everyone for the information.
I've contacted a company called Dastek in Fife who seem to be switched on and are calling me back tomorrow with a price for the Mugen exhaust and a Spoon CAI, together with delivery time.
As an alternative I am also contacting a local race engineering company who made a thin-wall stainless system for my now-departed Mondial QV. It was a stunning job and a fraction of the price of lesser quality, off-the-shelf systems.
