Default Muz Delivery

I ordered some mats on Sunday and chose the express delivery.

I understand the mats wont be readily available off the shelf due to personal options, so from experience how long has it taken for these to be delivered.

Thanks
Boab

It can be from several days to several months!

Normally Muz is excellent, but supplier problems have sometimes caused people to abuse his name!

IME, from quick to very quick!

Thanks for the quick reply.

I've only just ordered the mats so i'm not expecting them straight away. I understand they're may be a queue so i dont mind waiting, although i would love to have them just now

Due to work i might be away for at least a week as of the 28th November. If they arrive when i'm away then fair enough. Was just wanting to check due to the fact i might be going away.

Maybe for the best that this post is locked or deleted as i dont want a string of posts having a pop at Muz (i understand people may have had bad experiences but it wasnt my attention for this post to be an avenue for those folk to have a go).

I have the answer i was looking for and i shall be looking forward to when they arrive, whenever that may be.

Thanks
Boab

Why don't you ask Muz himself?

Now that would be the sensible way of doing things .

I'll just wait my turn. If he's busy then i cant expect to be first in line. If his supplier has let him down then nothing can be done to change that. Dont wanna be too impatient. I'm sure he gets enough queries without me adding to it.

The mats are ordered and that is that. Just wanted a guideline as to how long it usually takes seeing a few folk off here have purchased from Muz.

Mine came within a week or so, IIRC. (Also went for the express delivery)

Never got stung for customs duty either ...

Nick ... several months? Like all manufacturers we sometimes experience an inevitable delay due to suppliers but this happens very rarely and would normally only be a few days at maximum.

Boab ... I can see no reason for delays with your order. If you ordered Sunday we would most likely be picking them up from our trim shop today (Fri), packing them over the w/e and shipping them on Monday.

In the meantime the following information can be found both on our web site and on customer email invoices...

World Mail: - Cheapest available shipping / Up to 28 days / Non-trackable / Delivered by your postal system

Express: - 2-4 business days / Delivered to your door by courier

Manufacturing: - 4 business days for custom orders.

Weekends, public holidays etc are of course not business days.

for Muz,

We choose express delivery and had them in our hands just over a week from order placement. Brilliant service. Plus no duty (so far!)
