Thanks @Stevo071077, will check the tyre pressures and give them a go at 34 psi and see how they feel.

Thanks guys for the comments

Will keep the thread updated.

Epic thread buddy - I'm supposed to be asleep now! Great level of detail, keep up the good work. I was thinking of doing a similar thread myself for my car but didn't know what section of the forum to put it under.. it won't be quite as good as yours..!!

A very quick and inexpensive job I could recommend is to replace the serpentine (AC) belt as from some of your photos it looks relatively old, bit like mine is. Subscribed!

Thanks for the comments Tommys2k

I have a second big update ready soon. Just writing up in up slowly.

Thanks for the recommendation, the aux belt is definitely on my to-do list.
The belt is really tired and most likely the original one.
It doesn't squeal or slip so it is ok for now, just finishing up a few other jobs first and will tackle it.

I will also be changing the idler and tensioner pulley whilst i am at it.

Idler pulley, I'd just replace the bearing in it unless its scabby/for aesthetics. They can be had sub £5 from an engineering shop.

Cheers Tom, will see if I can source a good quality bearing.
Probably just easier to buy the whole pulley, might mess up the bearing banging it in to the pulley - lol.
Might wait until black Friday and see if Htune reduces their prices on the Genuine items.
