It will drop your Inlet air temps massively. Ensuring you are always make shit loads of power will probably raise your engine temps!

Oil cooler?

What temps were you seeing?

Same Would only have a system with oval pipes, so it looks close to OEM.

Is that the full system for £899? Where are you finding these prices?! I've had a look but can't find cheaper than £1500!

Nice well thought out build,Some really good stuff fitted aswell. It could be worth looking at a duel pass Rad to help cooling.I had to change my Rad cap to a spoon because the Fullblown cap was shite.

I've got a Fullblown rad,19 row oil cooler with oilstat set to open at 95 and a Mugen vented bonnet. The temps stay pretty stable around the 85-90 region in normal use but I have no doubt that would quickly get out of hand on constant boost or on track.I by far prefer to have stable temps without being dependant on the fan for cooling.Im just in the process of fitting a J's front bumper which they claim a reduction in temps by 10 deg, which I find difficult to believe but we will see.

I suspect once I start running 2 bar boost the temps will get out of hand......the good thing is that with that kind of power then it's only really safe to use it in relatively short bursts which gives it time to stablise between nutter modes.

I’d say even with a twin pass it will be difficult to keep the car cool enough on track.

I have absolutely no heat problems on track now. Everything sits at 80-90c.

I’ve removed the air con rad. Segregated both oil coolers into separate areas behind each of the faux vents. The intercooler is sponge mounted onto the bottom of the radiator with more inlet holes above the intercooler to gush cold air directly onto the hottest part of the rad. All those heat exchangers are air tight ducted so 100% of the free stream flow has no easy path out. Finally i removed the factory oil/water heat exchanger, doing that takes some of the heat out of the water system and places more strain on the oil.
