Id say that is largely cosmetic, but an indication the car has been used year round.

I would however assume that bushes are seized unless the seller has proof otherwise. Not a deal breaker, but expensive to put right if you are inclined to.

Agree that the rear brake lines tend to be exposed to road salt, where they disappear under the subframe, so may need doing sooner or later.

The biggie as mentioned will be any corrosion on the arches. At least request pictures of the rear arch lip with the rubber trim removed (if still present!)
