It looks similar to one of the Mugen spoilers i've seen in the past.

It's more like a hybrid of the mugen 3 piece spoiler and the veilside v.1

It doesn't go with the lines of the car, the bit on the side over the headlight looks really odd as a result. Proper mismatch of styles.
