Default New balljoints or RCA

Hey guys,
Im currently updating my suspension, ive coilovers, driveshaft spacers, full polybush kit, arbs and camber adjustable, now for the lower balljoints, do i need RCA or will replacing the ball joints suffice, the car is going to be lowered and it is used as a weekend with some track days so need advice. Cheers for any help.
