Is it standard in the wiring loom? There are no buttons in the cockpit to activate it?? So what should I be looking for/do next??? Regards Kiwi |
My first thought was some kind of diag plug, but why would you hide one away there :thinker:
So I just had a look at mine, and mine has something plugged into it. And I have a hard top, so it's more than likely something to do with that. |

I've just had a look on HardTopGuys website at the parts for the hard top fitting kit.
I found this which shows some kind of electrical plug (of the same connector type) which could very well plug into your spare connection. This part is one of the two side catches. So it will be interesting to see if there is another spare connection on the drivers side of the car for the other catch to plug into. http://www.hardtopguy.com/store/image.php?productid=411 |
