We are either going to call her Emma or Stella. I prefer Stella as it leaves a space for another too dogs, Becks and Grolsch

Congratulations Andy. I'm a serious dog lover and my Springer Ben is coming 14 years old in January. I trained him to the gun in our shooting days and he was a great dog. Full of stamina. I always dreaded him getting old. He's as grey as hell now round the eyes and the muzzle and he takes life a lot slower, but he's a great pleasure in other ways. He'll come and lean against my leg and have a fuss now, or put his head on my lap... both things which would have been beneath his dignity in his working days.
Hope you're ready for the house training detail! Not to mention shoe chewing!
