Default New owner - 2005 Moonrock GT

Hello all,

I'm picking up this on Friday, it looks like it been very well looked after, just wondered if whoever had it before was a member from here? or if anyone knows anything about this history of the car?

It will be going back on to its original plate as soon as its been transferred by DVLA.

Thanks

Pleased you found one.

Free tip; work out where the fuel filler release is before you drive it

Indeed wise words. I got mine and just as i left my house to go fill it up, I thought id better look. Took some looking around. Better to look stupid at home than on the petrol station forecourt.

And the boot release!

Welcome. im a newbie GT owner. Black. 2007.

Just been out for a drive.... OMG its amazing!!! First real drive since I owned it and added to few revised bits :-) a little tail wiggle yummy!

You will love it.

I bought mine from a ford franchise. The sales manager had owned 2 s2000s so bought it in knowing it would sell 2 hours after listing it was mine :-)

make sure you check history papers! Go over everything!!!

Thanks for the welcome, well make sure I find out how to open the fuel cap and get it into reverse before I leave.

Ive seen the service book with stamps for each year including its last service in December.

Will try to have a look through the FAQ on here and check everything I can when I get the car home this weekend

Will also pop up some pics.

Stamps and paperwork. Paperwork will show you what was done at each service.... they may have just topped up the oil... or cleaned the carpets... and stamped the book for the sake of it.... paperwork paperwork paper work.... I looked at a s2k at a Honda garage and was told FSH.... it had missed 2 big serives and hadnt been serviced taxed or mot for over 2 years.... it had no receipts for anywork that was apparently done.... hmmm.... devils in the detail.... hope you have a minter. Get some pics up soon as :-)
