Yes - the suspension looks like it's too high at the front and if it's got TeamDynamics Prorace wheels on it .. i'd be wondering if it has been used for track / autocross.

For your budget i'd be looking for a tidy facelift car, there will be one around, it's just a question of finding it.

If that's a perfect car I hate to see one 90%, that drivers seat is (usefully out of focus) and fooked!

Thanks for that. I think that's half the battle. There really doesn't seem to be much around that's suitable at the moment. I will have to keep my eyes peeled on the for sale/wanted section.

It's got 215/40-17 tires up front which is way to small, so no wonder it looks weird.

All i'll say is that the cost of buying a cheap 'wrongun' will make one slightly more expensive that's right seem like incredibly good value.
