I will make it a small amount thicker but nothing noticable TBH, the carbon weave itself is less than a mm thick and once the resin has been rubbed back and the bonnet adjustes slightly you would never know

the only bit that is worrying me is the laying of the fabric, it has to be done from the centre working out to avoid creases bubbles etc and on a bonnet as big as the S2's that is going to be interesting
