Hi people

Thought I would drop a qucik email to say hi and introduce myself. I have just agreed a sale for Stevens black S2000 and have a feeling im going to be visiting here quite a lot!!!

So, whose got after market bits for sale?!

Is there anything worth bringing back from the States with me? Anyone want anything brought back from the US? Has to be small enough to fit in a case. Save shipping, VAT and import duty!!

Unbeliveable, I bought Stevens as it had mods already done to it, so I didnt have to - that was the plan. And look what happens, i dont even have the car yet and im at it already!! Im already considering the bonnet that has just been advertised!! Some guy has emailed me about a set of 18" alloys for sale - oh boy, this is going to get expensive!!

Well as you probably noticed im living in the US at the moment, but im coming back to the UK for the summer (go figure!) So i need a car and seeing as im considering getting a S2000 here when I get back I thought I would have a 4 month test drive This is assuming I dont fall in love with my S2000 and decide to knock the states on the head completely

I look forward to chatting with you guys / gals

Mark

Welcome to the UK board, Mark!

I'll shift this to the main UK board so that your kind offer gets more visibility.

Was thinking earlier how that carbon fibre bonnet would look on a BB s2k - go for it and post some pics! And with the alloys would look evil!

Yeah im getting that feeling!!

Notice your from Rickmansworth, before i come to the US earlier this year i worked for a software company for 2 years, that was in Watford Business Park, few miles from you (quite near the Harvester at the bottom of the hill) You may have seen me around, used to goto Ricky for lunch sometimes - at the time I had a 2002 Lotus Elise, Ruby Red with Silver stripes over it.

I loved that car, killed me to sell it. (pictures here: http://www.elise-s2.co.uk )
