Oem rear spoiler....talk to me :)
Hi Guys
Been awhile since I last posted on here but I know you guys and girls never let me down
So I'm looking to breath some new life into my s2000 (Ap1), I was contemplating changing it but I just don't think I can...
So currently the car is completely standard and I kind of want to keep it that way, but as mentioned give it a slight upgrade/new look
I would like to get an oem rear spoiler, I've seen a lot of them available in the states but does anyone know of any sellers in the UK?
Many thanks in advance for any help given.
Cheers
Ricky

The are at least three (3) rear spoilers for the S2000 -- at least the US models. Ducktail, mini-wing, CR-wing. I'm not convinced any of them are more than cosmetic as they aren't adjustable in anyway to control downforce.
I just put a reproduction (not fake! ) ducktail on my 2006 car. The OEM spoilers were dealer installed, not factory, and all require drilling holes in the trunk/boot lid which I refuse to do. The reproduction is held on by very strong double sided tape.
(Just pulled all the toys out of the barn at Easter. I have no idea why US travel trailer makers love kangaroos.)

I've had the BMchop spoiler on for 4 years and the paint is still perfect.
A very good purchase and well recommended.
As for physics. I was told once that you have to be doing speeds above what the S2000 can do before any of the spoilers have an effect on downforce.

I got mine off a fellow member on this forum, had to get it respayed to its current colour. Its an oem one not the replica ones on ebay i would recommend putting a request in the ads section. I know there not to everyones taste but i like the look
