oem spoiler moonrock grey

A quick question to those that fitted oe themselves, when I got mine several years ago I fitted it using the supplied bolts, now wondering if it would be an idea to removed it and then re install with double sided tape along the leading/trailing edges, mine seems to have a slight gap now and doesn't look to be as flush to body as it used to.?

Wouldn't hurt, I find the 3M tape to be very strong and not leave much of a gap. I thought the spoiler was going to snap when I tried to recover it from my old car.
If you don't trust the one tape that BMWChop supply, B&Q has the 3M tape, I needed 1.5 rolls to get the spoiler on properly

Cheers SuperHamz, the 3m tape you refer to, is as thin a sellotape or a couple of mms thick? I have some d/sided tape similar to the stuff for number plates that’s about 6 mm x 2mm that might be good.
