Post Offline Parts Catalogue

For my own amusement I created an offline parts catalogue for the S2000 MY2006+, I've just updated the list prices from Lings. If anyone else is mad enough to be interested you can find it here...
http://weather.wilmslowastro.com/dow...06-Nov2016.pdf

The original version with prices from April 2016 is here (hint: I didn't spot any that had gone down)...

So what's the total cost to build a S2000 component by component? I would estimate £250k!

Can't count the number of Ctrl-C/Ctrl-V's I did!

Actually nearly all of it is automated in macros - one click to update all the prices, and go and have a meal whilst you wait!

Good question, I'll write a a script to find out....

Very close!
As of yesterdays prices adding up the whole document - £315,860.98!
But ignoring duplicates as the same item may be listed multiple times in different colour options etc....

£265,834.66

Eight months ago in April it was £263,711.87

There's no profit in parts then!

Not done one for a while so here is May 2017.
http://weather.wilmslowastro.com/dow...06-May2017.pdf

The total cost has gone up from £263,711.87 a year ago to £284,242,23 now - a overall 7.8% increase, not as much as I may have expected.
I noticed some parts had almost doubled, and a few were zero priced this time - no longer available?

Another update, December 2017.
https://weather.wilmslowastro.com/do...06-Dec2017.pdf

Despite the prices increasing, the total cost has now gone down to £220,405 this is due to many parts now being flagged as unavailable on the Lings web site
The unavailable parts count is 357 of 2677 total = 13.3%
In May 2017 it was 3 of 2677 = 0.1%
A trend to watch...

I've not done an update for a while, so here is May 2018...
http://weather.wilmslowastro.com/dow...06-May2018.pdf

Unavailable parts now up to 361, not as much of an increase as I expected.
