No need to change the filter, it designed for 9,000 drains.

A 4,500 won't neccessarily need a filter change, but for the few quid it costs its worth it for piece of mind

Cheers. I'm only doing this oil change because the Motul oil I put in recently needs constant topping up. So I'm going to ditch it all, and try something else instead.
