Oil filler cap seal..

Default Oil filler cap seal..
Can someone remind me if this is plastic or rubber insert I to the cap .I can't tell if mine has gone missing but I'm getting a fair bit of oil misting around the filler neck and on the bonnet lining.

15613PC6000 looks like rubber ring and at £6.89
