Default Paint and rubber questions

Right, short and sweet.

I would like to hear opinions on any good paintshops in the south east, namely Essex area, but will travel. Is for my front lip painting and my rear spoiler.

Next question; is actually about polyeurathane rather than rubber, but I need some new exhaust rubbers, was gonna try powerflex. At the moment I have patent part ones, with the holes 4.5cm apart, gonna try some powerflex ones at either 3.5cm or 4cm apart, as I want to bring the exhaust up a bit.

Just don't wanna burn the bumper, or buy mounts that are impossible to fit because they are so tight!

Anyone got any experiences in the above matters?

Thanks all.

Dan
