Default Plugs

Hi, 54K service coming up and i want to supply my own oil and
plugs. What plugs do people recommend? Thinking of using
GTX magnatec oil.

Any sugestions would be greatfull. Thanks

Stick with whatever oil you have been using to date. GTX magnatec is fine (it's semi synthetic). If you "use" the car hard on the road then think about intermediate oil changes if running semi synthetic oil. forr normal driving the 9000 mile service interval means that the oil should still be in good nick when it's drained out.

Before everybody starts on - yes we all know that fully synthetic ester based oils are the best blah blah etc etc. Motul, Silkolene and Redline seem to be the favourites.

I personally just wouldnt bother with semi when the cost of fully synth is marginally more.

As for plugs, NGK - not Denso.
