I asked this because my own S has a peculiar leather interior - the centre panels on the back rest and seat base are a soft, perforated black leather, whilst the side panels and head-rest are in a 'patterned' leather which is a mix of anthracite and black.

I don't think there is anything peculiar about the perforated base and back (see on-line brochure) but it sounds like you have badly matched bolsters and head rests. If it is that noticeable I would take it up with the dealer.
